Terms of Service

By installing or using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial productivity purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional themes and features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Google per their standard refund policy; we have no ability to issue refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any component of the App or its underlying systems.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use automated means to interact with the App in any way not intended by its normal operation.

All content, graphics, UI design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of the developer or their licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or intellectual property rights beyond the limited licence in Section 2.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $5 if you have not made any payment).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.
